Noteworthy: Babcock anchored the Trailblazers’ sweep of Mira Costa in the CIF Southern Section Division 1 final with 22 kills and two blocks. The Pittsburgh commit has amassed 484 kills in 108 sets this season, which has her in the driver’s seat to win this year’s CIF and Daily News Player of the Year.

Sierra Canyon will take on Marymount for a third time this season in the CIF State Open Division playoffs Wednesday night at home.
