Los Angeles County public health officials reported 1,105 more cases of the coronavirus since Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,684,945 as of Wednesday, Feb. 8.
Officials reported 18 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Tuesday for a total of 35,386 deaths since tracking began.
There were 81 more hospitalizations since Tuesday, bringing the total amount of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 773.
According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 21,429,043 doses administered.
