Los Angeles County public health officials reported 1,520 more cases of the coronavirus since Monday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,442,653 as of Monday, Sept 20.
Officials reported 14 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Monday for a total of 33,497 deaths since tracking began.
There were 36 fewer hospitalizations since Friday, bringing the total of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 633.
According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 19,744,257 doses administered.
