Disneyland will open Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway and two new nighttime spectaculars — “Wonderous Journeys” at Disneyland and “World of Color — One” — will debut on the same date.

Disneyland will also bring back the Magic Happens parade, which debuted in 2020 just before the COVID-19 pandemic forced a 412-day closure of the parks, on Feb. 24. The reimagined Mickey’s Toontown will open March 8.

Across the esplanade, Disney California Adventure’s Lunar New Year celebration will return Jan 20-Feb. 15 and the park’s Food & Wine Festival will run March 3-April 25.

Discounted tickets are valid only for people living in the Southern California ZIP codes of 90000 through 93599 or the northern Baja California ZIP codes of 21000-22999. Proof of residency is required.
