The Daily News girls basketball rankings as of Tuesday, Nov. 29.

1. Sierra Canyon (3-0): While other teams have been playing local schools, the Trailblazers have been playing (and beating) out-of-state opponents from Texas and Louisiana. Izela Arenas has been playing very well. Juju Watkins had 24 points and 11 rebounds in the team’s most recent win over Parkway High of Louisiana.

2. Harvard-Westlake (4-3): Not only have the Wolverines been challenging themselves early, against teams like Windward, Redondo Union and Corona Centennial, but they’ve tallied some wins too. Deanna Thompson and freshman Valentina Guerrero are averaging 11.4 and 10.7 points per game, respectively. Jamie Yue is averaging 4.3 assists per game.

3. Westlake (4-0): The Warriors fly up the rankings after taking down top-ranked Granada Hills 49-38 on Nov. 18. Freshman Mathis Dritz is leading the team in scoring at 12.8 points per game.

4. Granada Hills (4-1): The Highlanders beat Oaks Christian 38-32 on Nov. 22. Marianne Boco is averaging 12.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 4.0 steals per contest through five games.

5. Canyon (3-0): Canyon beat Chaminade 60-56 on Nov. 22, which moves the Cowboys up the rankings thanks to the play of Josie Regez, who’s pouring in 18.3 points per game this season.

6. Valencia (5-0): The Vikings aren’t playing the best teams around, but flexing their capabilities with lopsided wins. Libby Oxciano is leading the way.

7. Chaminade (1-3): The Eagles are off to a rough start this season due to injuries, but it’s just a matter of time before they start stacking wins together. Other than Sierra Canyon, Chaminade has faced the toughest set of opening games in the area.

8. Oaks Christian (2-2): The Lions are still figuring out life without returning CIF Player of the Year, Brooklyn Shamblin, who will miss the remainder of the season with an injury. Junior Lola Donez is primed to fill the void – she’s averaging 12.7 points per game.

8. Alemany (4-4): Young, but talented. The Warriors have been playing tough opponents and getting through their growing pains early. Alemany lost to Westchester by one, Redondo Union by 10, and Corona Centennial by seven.

9. Notre Dame (5-0): The Knights have been rolling through teams, but their closest game was a 12-point victory against La Canada (44-32).

10. Hart (2-0): Laney Grider is averaging 22 points per game and Morgan Mack is scoring 17.5 a night. Hart will face some better competition in a tournament this week.

Bubble teams: Crescenta Valley (4-0); Burbank/Burroughs (3-3); Agoura (4-0); Trinity Classical Academy (3-0)
