Nordstrom is looking to fill seasonal and regular jobs at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack stores and the company’s supply chain facilities throughout the Los Angeles area as it gears up for the 2022 holiday season.
The company will hold hiring events from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the stores on Wednesday, Oct. 12, Friday, Oct. 28 and Friday, Nov. 18.
The company didn’t say how much the jobs pay, but data from Indeed.com show Nordstrom cashiers earn an average of $16.73 an hour, logistics workers average $16.85 per hour, cosmetics managers average $24.55 hourly and floor supervisors average $30,000 a year.
Nordstrom said employees get a merchandise discount of 20% and permanent employment opportunities once the holiday season has ended that could include medical coverage and an employer-matched retirement plan.
